At Quantum Martial Arts, the children’s program is designed to be a practical, easy to learn system that instills the fundamentals of self-defence, teamwork, confidence, discipline, respect and focus in your child. The classes are intense and robust, but most of all, fun. They will challenge your child in all facets of martial arts techniques, such as awesome kicks, dynamic punches and strikes, throws, wrestling and grappling / groundwork. This system teaches your child how to defend themselves in any situation, while keeping them physically fit. Most of all, it develops a real “I CAN” attitude, which will help them in all areas of their life.   

The program is headed up by the reigning World Ju Jitsu Champions (in both the male and female categories). All of the trainers have had extensive martial arts experience and are totally committed to helping all children reach their potential.

Sneaky Keys nurtures the creativity of the next generation in a fun, inclusive environment where every child can fall in love with music and enjoy the lifelong benefits it brings. Each student is provided with their own piano and percussion instruments to use in the class. They are also provided with music folders to use and take home for their practice.

Class time (School term only): every Friday from 4:00pm – 4:45pm (Class 01) and 4:45pm – 5:30pm (Class 02)

Location: Crows Nest

At the Training Grounds Martial Arts Academy, kids learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as the importance of team work, improve their listening and social skills, and get a sense of achievement. The classes are run by experienced instructors and fathers, with the emphasis on child development. They are surrounded by positive role models and make lots of new friends along the way.

Location: Lane Cove

At Lane Cove Gymnastics Club, the gymnasts will learn and develop skills on all gymnastics apparatus  (floor, beam, bars, vault and tramp). Lane Cove Gymnastics Club has 3 large trampolines as well as 2 foam pits.

Each gymnast will go through our specially designed coloured grading system. They will receive a certificate at the end of each term outlining the gymnasts’ progressions and skills competed. 

Ninja Warrior program is designed for students to participate in specially designed exercises to help them gain the strength, flexibility and skills to attempt the Ninja Warrior obstacle course successfully. Key areas to be mastered are body awareness, momentum, timing and technique.

Location: Crows Nest

The after school basketball development program operated by NSBA and is a development pathway to basketball fun & superstardom! The sessions are held at North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre at Crows Nest. The classes emphasize learning key fundamental team and individual skills of basketball and then applying them in a modified game situation. It’s guaranteed to be the most fun and enjoyable way to learn the game.

Class time (School term only): every Wednesday from 4:00pm – 4:40pm

Location: Roseville

Inspire Tennis conducts high quality junior tennis coaching courses and tennis lessons for kids that are fun, innovative and provide a learning pathway for every child. They are partnered with Tennis NSW and Tennis Australia and deliver the best tennis training at their venues. The classes will run with 10:1 ratio. All equipments will be provided. Make-up sessions will only be organised for wet weather cancellations.

Learn Spanish Sydney is located in North Sydney, Lower North Shore. They offer a very unique learning experience for your children, recreating environments where they can develop their curiosity and passion for learning. Along with Spanish, they will be taught a very positive approach aiming to reinforce their personalities and self-esteem.

Maker’s Loft, an Art & Craft studio in Cammeray, Sydney Lower North Shore, provides a relaxed creative space for this fun learning experience. They provide quality craft projects where the focus is on exposing the kids to new skills and material. The projects will be age appropriate and some of them may run over 2 or 3 weeks.

Class time (School term only): every Monday from 4:00pm – 5:30pm
